Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 April 15, 1994 RE: Copper Stone Landscaping Plans Dear Mr. Leeming: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. Label all intersecting streets. 2. According to bridge plans, it will not be possible to landscape across the bridge as you have shown in the plans. 3. Provide the City's detail for screening walls adjacent to alleys. (refer to the City's Standard Detail Sheet SD8). 4. On Sheet W4 a comment was made by Public Works regarding the minimum turn requirement set by ADA for ingress/egress access. 5. A wrought iron fence section is not clearly identified on Sheet W2. Please check all other locations. 6. Building Inspections has commented that screening walls and details need to be sealed and signed by a licensed professional engineer. There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City of review.
