Landscaping Plans
Dear Mr. Leeming:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Provide a title sheet.
2. The Crimson Barberry is not an approved plant material according to the City's Plant
Palette. If you have any questions contact Gary Sieb at 462-0639.
3. Irrigation plans need to be sealed and signed by a licensed professional engineer.
4. Screening wall plans need to be sealed and signed by a licensed professional engineer.
5. Handicap ramps need to meet ADA requirements.
6. Show sight visibility triangles at all intersections.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
