Due to drainage concerns, please be advised that the driveway to service Lot 12, Block A, which
is located on Blackhawk Trail on the north side of the Copperstone Subdivision, should have the
driveway placed on the west side of the lot. This request is made so that the driveway does not
align with Blackberry Trail across the street. This could cause some drainage problems in the
future. Facing the lot from the street, the request is for the driveway to be on the left side of
the lot.
