Note: (1) Storm box needs cleaning of debris. Replace turn over lid.
Note: (2) Route and seal both inlet cracks on each side marked with paint.
Note: (3) Remove two steel forms at the approach of entrance
Note: (4) Re-grout chipped curb by the entrance approach
Note: (5) Storm drain by the wall next to the sidewalk needs to be addressed by removing dirt and rocks on and
around the storm drain. silk fence around storm drain needs to be straightened and regrade around it.
Note: (6) Remove steel and debris left behind as well.
