Thanks for getting with me while not feeling well. When TRB was inspected and cleared for CO, a
request for sealing flatwork cracks was made from your office. We were hoping to get the paperwork
stating this request. We are having issues with the contractor finishing the punch list and scope of work.
We will need these bits of info to prove that we are fixing these issues ourselves, as well as adhering to
the requests made by our inspectors. If I could have these emailed to me, I could make sure and file
