No there are no punch list items because the utility contractor has not asked for a walk thru. I will need 50% bonds on
water, sewer, paving, and storm drain.

No problem, everything is still open. Nothing at all has been closed out. I still need to have a pre walk
thru for the water, sewer, streets, and traffic. After those are accepted I will need bonds for the project.
