Dear Matt,
Leonard with Palm indicated that the irrigation system adjacent to the entrance gate was repaired by
February 26, 1997. Also, attached is a copy of ~&S T¢l~mctry's Ictt¢r of 3/12/97 relative to the electrical
vault south of the pump station.
Our understanding is that the only remaining item on this project involves the Bermuda grass seeding that
can not be completed unti] May 1, 1997. At this point, the City is withholding $33,630.09 for that work.
Please call m¢ to coordinate an updated billing.

Dear Bob.
The electrical vault south of Village Parkway Pump Station had bare electrical neutrels
and signs of water infiltration at time of initial inspection, This was brought to Ted Dutt's
attention and also the city's acting engineer. Concerning trash In the vault, we left vault as
it was.
