To say that was a strange and inappropriate question is an understatement. I suggested he call the City. I don’t like how Prologis plays these games. Can you reach out to them as a reminder of their working hours? They have had several violations in the past few weeks including working until 9 pm. I have let them go so far, but will now start documenting them. Please let me know their response. I have copied one of our HOA board member as a courtesy. An exception to these hours may be granted for special conditions. Jack Foster, Commercial Building Inspector, will go and visit with the Contractor today and let him know of the time restrictions. Should the activity continue after working hours or on the weekends, please contact the Police Department non-emergency number at 972-304-3610. The Police Department assists us in these situations as well. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Recently, I've noticed they have tried to start prior to 8 am on Saturdays. Also, this past Saturday, they were operating their equipment after 9 pm. We may need to get a note out to the developer to remind the contractors and sub-contractors what their hours are supposed to be. Also, what is the protocol for getting the contractors to "stop immediately" when they are operating outside their defined hours? Best regards Randal 3 4
