Those are issued by Building Inspections/Community Development. I will touch base with them. However, we have an understanding on the channel issues along Coppell Road that they would be complete prior to us finalizing building 3. Last time I drove by, the area was in poor condition. You have still not provided a solution to the standing water in your Dry detention basins. We expect an engineered solution that will be submitted for approval. In addition, Ken and I talked this AM and recalls that we would not allow any final Co’s on any of the buildings until the chasm issue has been resolved. Whether it is based on contractor beginning work or end could be up for discussion, but at this time, no final Co’s As a side note, your engineer has changed grades on the building 3 project which has impact on your drainage system and retaining walls without submitting to us for approval. Any plan revisions, need to be at the very least discussed and cleared. I believe Ken is waiting on a detailed price for the work on the chasm. Thank You, George George S. Marshall, P.E. I have heard from the field team that Coppell will no longer issue TCOs (that’s pretty unique). So, in preparation for the project completion and CO, I wanted to reach out and request an understanding of any Park requirements that your department may have. In other words the non-obvious items, in the past there has been attention on erosion\\silt and water. Please let me know so we can start that conversation? Good news (or bad), we will continue to work closely with your team as we are looking to release 2 more buildings (either bldg 1 and 2 or 5a and 5b). Thank you, CASEY W.
