Landscaping for common area lots 1X & 2X will be installed and complete no later than November
30, 2017.
An inspection of the common areas shall be scheduled prior to November 15th. It is understood
that after November 30, 2017, if the landscaping/irrigation of the common areas have not been
inspected and approved by the City of Coppell, then the issuance of building permits and all
building inspections related to home construction within the Kyra Court Subdivision shall cease.
