Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are enclosing three (3) copies of Pay Request No. 14 in the amount of $17,330.60 for work performed by
Natgun Corporation on the Village Parkway Ground Storage Reservoir No. 2 project, from November 1, 1996
through January 31, 1997. This project is approximately 99% complete.
As we discussed with Mr. Larry Davis, this pay request reduces the retainage to 1/2 of 1% and pays the work
on the irrigation system and honeysuckle. At this stage, the only outstanding pay item to complete is the
grass seeding· The amount retained is expected to cover the incomplete work and known claims on his
project.
If you concur with this pay request, please have it executed for the City of Coppell and forward one copy
along with the payment due to Natgun Corporation.
