Before I issue a final acceptance letter I will need to schedule walk thrus for water, sewer, streets, planning, and traffic.
Once I get them to sign off I will need the bonds for these including your erosion control bond. As far as your question

about landscaping I will need all the landscaping complete in common areas. If you have any more questions please let
me know.
