Subject:Utilities pre punch list Prologis building 6
This is not a final walk thru punch list. The final walk thru needs to be scheduled with water, sewer, streets and traffic
but these items will need to be complete before we schedule the walk thru.
1: All curbs need to be marked correctly.
MLV for main line valves (painted blue)
FHV for fire hydrant valves (painted red)
MH for manholes (painted green)
CO for clean outs (painted green)
2: All valve stacks need to be clean and no issues with valves
3: Meter cans need to be 1” above final grade
4: Man holes need to have stainless steel rain pans
5: All inlets need to be clean and I need a video of storm lines
6: Blue reflector is needed in the middle of fire lanes for location of fire hydrants
7: Any cracks in paving need to be grouted and sealed
8: Domestic meter can needs to be clean to show all fittings and curb needs to be marked DM and painted blue
9: Irrigation meter can needs to be clean to show all fittings and curb needs to be marked IRR and painted blue
10: All valve lids need to be painted
Blue for main valves
Red for fire hydrant valves
Chet, most of these will be the same for building 3 as well
