Mr. Romeo,
It was a pleasure talking with you this afternoon. The City has completed the review and has the following comments to
offer:
1) There is existing stamped concrete at each of the driveways today. Any reconstruction needs to include the
same stamped and colored concrete.
2) The existing driveways have grass on either side of the paving, the proposed plan does away with this grass and
installs concrete from curb to headwall. On at least one drive the area is at least 10’. The City would like to see
something more aesthetically pleasing, grass or stamped concrete or some other treatment than a sea of
concrete.
Please submit 2 copies and PDF of revised plans for approval.
