Dear Mr. Barbarisi:
As discussed in our phone conversation dated April 30, 1997, we are enclosing a Polaroid picture that was
given to us during our weekly jobsite visit by the City. As shown on the photograph, the exterior coating
system is peeling away from the dome panel is several locations in the vicinity of the dome vent. Please
provide us with your plan and schedule for correcting the problems with the exterior coating system.
Also discussed in our phone conversation, was Natgun's schedule for completing the Bermuda grass
hydromulching. It is our understanding that the hydromulehing is scheduled for May 1,1997. Before the
seeding may proceed in the area disturbed by your irrigation system repairs near the front gate, the area must
be smoothed and all large rocks and debris must be removed.
We are also enclosing a copy of the City's punch list that was put together following an irrigation system
inspection conducted on April 29, 1997· Please review the list and make all necessary repairs. Once the
repairs have been completed, contact Mr. Ron McCann at the City's Leisure Services Department and Mr.
Larry Davis to schedule an inspection for the repairs made to the system.
