Mr. Marty,
My name is Marcus Marion, a Construction Inspector for the City of Coppell. We have a contractor with Pavecon for
streetscape work on our medians and some additional work. My supervisor George Marshall would like to meet with

someone from Pavecon on Monday to discuss some items that will need to be addressed with the monuments. The GC
for the project, Michael Beetie, is currently out of town and won’t be back until Tuesday. We need to meet with
someone sooner because we need to discuss the changes at City Council that Tuesday. Can you have someone meet
with us to go over the issues?
