The enclosed license agreement is associated with slope easements #9SE1, 9SE2 and 13SE and for the
right-of-way Parcel #13 for the referenced project. The License Agreement was approved by City
Council and signed by the City Manager on June 13, 2000. Enclosed are three originals, please sign
and return 2 originals to the City of Coppell Engineering Department.
