Thanks for clearing up a few issues. As we discussed the public improvements for this project will include: - Perimeter sidewalks - Drive approaches - the sanitary sewer main relocation and the - water main taps and leads to and including the meter boxes. Additionally, per the attached soils report we can lower the lime stabilization rate to 4% with an initial and final stabilization depth of 6-inches. Due to the limited amount of heavy traffic anticipated for this particular site, the concrete reinforcing steel for this job can be No.3 rebar on 18-inch centers each way. Also the roadway impact fees must be paid before the plat can be filed and the precon cannot occur until the plat is filed. The City will need 3 full sized plan sets for the precon, additional sets will need to be provided for the owner, contractor, subs and other design professionals as needed. Additionally, the attached Construction Development Permit needs to be completed. Please let me know that you are in agreement with the issues detailed above or let me know if I have stated anything incorrectly. Thanks for your help in getting this permit completed. At this point we need calculation of fees 2% for private and 4% for public. In addition the plat needs to be filed with requires the Roadway Impact fees of $16,154.89 to be paid.
