Subject: ABPE Misc repairs
Good morning John,
Just to confirm, we do have the funds available to do necessary repairs of the site and get back to conditions
prior to the event. I have ordered a smooth roller to be delivered Friday morning so we can flatten out sub-grade
on great lawn areas.
Once it drys out a bit more and stage gets removed, we will survey site and see what else needs to get
addressed. I have made contact with Marcus in Enginnering and he is going to schedule the streets walk thru
sometime this week. He will call me with time and day.
FYI, German will be onsite with a couple of men addressing items as well so please grab him if anything is
needed. Thank you all.
