We have both ordinances active but just to make it easier on everyone I will accept the one you have already provided us. As far as giving the final acceptance I am still needing the other bonds from your paving and utility contractors. There are also items that were on the punch list from the final walk that they are working on but still not completed. I am also waiting on the asbuild CAD and PDF files for the project from the engineer. Until I have everything I cannot issue a final acceptance letter. Sounds like we found conflicting information, on line, so apologies for our mistake. Christy, please retrieve the original bond back from Matt, when you return to the office, and order an updated bond for the full $18K. Matt, in the interim, knowing that we are pursuing the updated bond, would you be willing to release the acceptance and permits, assuming all other criteria has been met? We require it to be 100% of the cost of what was installed and what was given was only $9000 this seems low for the size of the project. If you could send me where you are getting this number I would appreciate it. Also I am still waiting on bonds for paving, water, sewer, and storm drain. There are still punch list items that the utility contractor is working on and I will go out today and see where they are with those items. Let me know if you need anything from me to expedite this process.
