So it looks like they repaired the manhole I was speaking of because there is fresh concrete around it. I did inform the
utility contractors yesterday that because it is broken I will need a vacuum test on it to make sure it is completely
repaired

Good morning Matthew,
I was at Westhaven 2B this morning and tried to find the manhole you were speaking of
yesterday. Unfortunately I could not find one that was wide open. I went to the south side of the property
and looked at the manholes north of the pond. If you happen to go out there today, could you please take a
picture for me and let me know where it is located so I can make sure it is taken care of?
