Subject: Pre punch list Prologis building 6
Here is the pre punch list and will need to be completed before you have a final. Let me know if you have any questions
1.All fire hydrants need to be correct size
2.All manholes on site need to have stainless steel rain pans
3.Both vaults on site need to be above grade so water cannot drain into them
4.Domestic meter can needs to be 1 in above grade
5.Curb needs to be marked for domestic meter can with WD and painted blue
6.All grate inlets need to be cleaned and have swppp protection removed
7.FDC needs to be marked on curb
8.West side of building there is a valve that needs to be marked on curb
9.Fire lane needs to be painted
10.Southern part of building fire hydrant needs to face the fire lane
11.Where there are clean outs they need to be marked on curb CO and painted green
12.ADA inspection
13.Bonds for work done in city right of way
14.Vault along Freeport needs to be pumped out and make sure it is draining correctly
15.Irrigation meter needs to be pumped out and all fittings need to be visible inside the can
16.Irrigation meter needs to be marked on curb WI
