Do you have a specific Maintenance Bond Form and Breakdown form that we need to follow? If so, please send to me those forms. Here are the costs that we have for this project: Public Sidewalk: 1,400sf @ $5 per sf= $7,000 6” PVC Fire Line to vault: 20lf @ $28/lf= $560 City of Coppell Fire Vault: 1 Each= $10,400 Grand Total Costs for Public Work= $17,960 I can just put this on Tri-Star Construction letterhead and sent to you on Monday if you will confirm whether or not that the Fire Vault needs to be included in the price or not. I will then forward these figures to our Bonding Company and have them fill out the bond. Then I will go pick it up and bring it to your office Monday afternoon---hopefully after lunch. Thank you for your help! Gary L. Marcus mentioned to Redge that we needed to include the cost of the taps. All of the taps were already made by Others---already existing when we started. I think we need to include 20lf of 6” PVC fire line from the tap over to the fire vault. And possibly the fire vault itself. Please verify if we need to include the cost of the Fire Vault itself. Please e-mail me a copy of your form that I need to fill out----so I can send it to our Bonding Company. I should be able to get you the Bond on Monday. Assume that after I bring you the bond on Monday---will you be able to sign off on the Certificate of Occupancy? Thank you. Gary L. I did not send you the Architectural or MEP drawings. Let me know if you need hard copies or a CD of any certain drawings for your department. Since this project was a part of the lots that Greg Yancey ( Provident Companies) was in charge of—we normally didn’t th have any Bond fees related to any of these projects there in Old Town Coppell. This is the 7 building that we have built over there in that location around the Farmer’s Market area. All of the utilities were already tied in to the City services for these lots and stubbed over to the private property. Let me know your thoughts on this if you believe we need to pay any Bond fees. Bottom line is that we would like to get the Certificate of Occupancy signed off today if possible by the Engineering Department. If it is not---we would like to have it on Monday.
