Chapter 469.
The re -inspection results will be forwarded to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for issuance of
the final approval letter. For newly constructed buildings and facilities, the Department will provide a Notice of
Substantial Compliance (Certificate and Decal) to the owner upon receipt of a completed Notice of Substantial
Compliance Request Form.
