Rock berm at channel needs to be cleaned. Repair sections of the silt fence damaged at channel. Repair sections of the silt fence damaged at E side. Locations of BMPs that failed to operate as designed or proved inadequate: None at this time. Locations where additional BMPs are needed: Gaps in the silt fence perimeter need to be closed. Additional Notes: Sections of the silt fence were removed for grading. Curb inlets were protected. Maintain control as noted above.
