4. Sta. 1+36.1, Sta. 3+60.0 & Sta. 4+36.6 Manholes need to be checked.
5. Sta. 12+28.1 stubout needs to be marked properly
6. The embankment for Northwestern Dr. (South) needs to be leveled and stabilized
7. Sta. 0+41.1 extra concrete needs to be removed from around drop inlet
