I checked this AM and nothing appears to have happened on site. We had heavy rains
on Saturday night as well as this morning.
The grading on this site has some problems and we need to see a solution.

Nate there has not been anyone on site for well over a month but the general
contractors project manager for this project is Jim Smith with Northpoint

Nate, it came to my attention yesterday that there is a significant
drainage problem on this site. The paving elevation is blocking
water and backing up into the storage units next door. We need a
temporary fix asap as well as a detailed engineering solution.
Please coordinate this with your owner and contractor on the
project.
