Jim,
As per your request, the new storm sewer pipe to be installed on the property south of
the Quill site is to be confined to, and contained within a 25' X 300' utility easement
along the East property line of that site beginning at the south property line of the
Quill site.
An easement by instrument is to be filed with the City once the line is completed and
as-built location verified.
