TNRCC Review Submittal
Dear Mr. Pafford:
We are enclosing three sets of final plans and specifications for the construction of the Village Parkway
Ground Storage Reservoir No. 2. These sets are for your review and use in submitting to the Texas Natural
Resource and Conservation Commission (TNRCC) for their review. We are also enclosing a draft letter for
your use in transmitting the plans and specifications to the TNRCC.
It is our interpretation of Chapter 290, Rules and Regulations for Public Water Systems, adopted in 1992, that
an engineering report is to accompany the submission of the project plans and specifications. It seems the
recently prepared report on the City's water distribution system would meet that requirement.
If the enclosed plans and specifications meet with your approval, please forward two sets along with the City's
water system master plan report to:
