We have the following major comments on your trail plans see the attached pdf for the minor comments.
1. Show all existing utilities on all sheets. (bridge is real close to an existing sewer line)
2. Do you have an easement for the trail on the HOA land?
3. Show the floodplain limits. No work shall be performed in the floodplain without a permit from the Engineering
Department. Provide a detailed study showing there is no impact to the floodplain.
4. Label to scale the 100 yr ws.
