A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on
and the items below were found to be deficient.
9-18-96
Clean out both meter boxe~ domestic and irr~nt~nn.
Replace top section of pipe on sewer. Clean out fill in sink hole next
to clean out and fill sink hole next to manhole.
Fire hydrant in back (last f.h.) needs repairing and painted yellow.
If this is a city f.h. this is the f.h. that was moved from front to back.
Ail valve stacks need to be at 8rade level. Some will be too high and
some will be too low when grade is finished.
