1. The City of Coppell requires as built in PDF & DWG AutoCAD Files
2. 2-Year, 50% maintenance Bonds are required
Pavement
3. Letter from owner stating that they are aware that the stamped concrete is not built
to City of Coppell Standard and was not inspected prior to being poured and they
are responsible of repairing any damaged areas in the fire lane.
4. Seal saw cuts and expansion joint
5. Make all pavement and curb repairs
6. Install redwood at stamped area
7. Fire lane and parking painting
8. Sweep and clean site
Sanitary Sewer
9. Raise manhole
10. Paint manhole
11. Manhole marking on the curb
12. New rain pan
13. We notice that there is an inside drop connection instead of an exterior drop
connection. We will check on this
Water
14. Locate fire hydrant valve w/ concrete pad
15. Backfill meter box
16. Remove water from vaults
17. Install extension on the northeast corner hydrant
18. Northeast corner hydrants are backwards
19. Clean inside of valves
20. Curb needs to be installed on the northwest vault
21. Lower west valve
Storm Sewer
22. Clean rip-rap
23. Grade dirt around storm outlet
24. Clean and regrade the inside of the curb inlet
25. Camera the storm drain
General Items
26. Remove sand from site
27. Clean the whole site
28. Repair silt fence around property that’s not stabilized
This is a PRE-punch list. We have to give Public Works (Streets, Water, Sewer and Traffic
Departments) a weeks notice prior to their walk-thru. Public Works performs their walk-
thru Tues-Thurs. Their list may have items that are not on this list. Our list needs to be
complete prior to scheduling a Public Works walk-thru. Be sure to become familiar with
pages 14 – 16 in the Pre-Construction packet review the Standard Details. If you have any
