I'm specifically familiar with what frontier was installing, I don't deal with them. But, There wasn't any
service along freeport or northwestern dr, so I assume they are installing the infrastructure for our
properties and the others. We prologis doesn't manage this work and we don't have accounts. Maybe
their city permit will indicate what exactly they were installing. They are accepting responsibility, this
has nothing to do this us. Thank you
