KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we TEP Barnett USA, LLC, as principal, and
Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, as Surety, are held and firmly bound unto the City of
Coppell,Texas, in the sum of Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($50,000.00) to be paid to the
City of Coppell, Texas, the payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, and
administrators, firmly by the presents.
DATED this 31st day of July, 2017.
The condition of this obligation is such that the above principal is hereby bound until the City of
Coppell for the sum of Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($50,000.00) for any damage done to
the City property as a result of use of various roads in the City of Coppell.
NOW, THEREFORE, TEP Barnett USA, LLC will pay all costs and damages that may be
incurred of suffered by the City of Coppell as a result of the use of roads by principal, his
employees, agents and assigns as allowed under the Road Repair Agreement between the City
of Coppell,Texas and TEP Barnett USA, LLC.
