Per our conversations and your marked up con, Lents, I
have put a 30" pipe parallel to the existing storm sewer
system tieing in to the existing 48" pipe, thence across
the adjacent property, and thence all the way across the
site to the upstream side of the building. According to
my calculations the hydraulic grade line is acceptable
for the fully developed flows in the pipes. I have
eliminated a junction box in the middle of Quill's
property per your suggestion. I will be happy to got
over these plans at your earliest convenience.
