Attached please find a bid from Larry Jackson Construction
for the storm sewer work. Our general contractor is working
to get other bids, but based on previous bids for the utility
work:already done, they expect this to be the lowest. .

It surprised me.being $11,000 higher than previous estimates.
I am told this Ks due to longer pipe runs and addi2ional
Junction boxes. In addition to the $55,000 actual construction
costs, we expect to incur $3,000 in design fees, $3,300 for
the general contractor to adminilter, and whatever permit
