Marcus,
I made my weekly call to Mark Ochoa to check on the status of the irrigation power in ROW of Freeport parkway. Mark
said that there has been a shift in repair strategies. Apparently Kevin Price is having the line brought up to code and this
scope is being performed by the City instead of Satellite. I was told that Kevin communicated to Kelcey that the
irrigation power repair shouldn’t hold up the final on Building 3 any longer. Has this been communicated to you all and
can the final signoff be released now?

Casey, was any of the Verizon work headed to your property? I want to make sure before I speak with Mr. George about
the CO. I spoke with the contractor that did the work and they are working to get it repaired as soon as they can.
