This will direct the clean and filtered ground water across 565 and 569 Heritage Oak Court,collected by a
French drain system flowing to an existing sump basin, to existing storm sewer box. The builder is in the
process of receiving a letter of agreement from the homeowner at 569 Heritage Oak Court for access
across their property to be submitted to your department.
With my meeting with Mr. Marshall last month, he directed me to submit a plan with details for your
review and approval before work begins. Please direct us on any additional changes or permits needed.
