Site Plan
1. Construct left turn lane (12' wide, 100' storage w/100' transition).
2. Construct median opening noses per Coppell construction standards 60' minimum for
median opening.
3. Provide 40' R for trucks. May want a wider driveway opening.
4. Show 15' utility easement and locate meters and vaults in it.
5. Show water and sewer meters and sizes.
6. Provide drainage plan.
7. Water, wastewater and roadway impact fees are required.
