Dear: Mr. Barbarisi
The construction plans for the Village Parkway Ground Storage Reservoir No.2 are hereby modified as
follows:
1. Revise the flow line of the of the inlet pipe on Sheet No.3 of the construction plans at Station 4+64.36 to
elevation 439.5. This change reflects the change issued in Addendum No. 1 dated April 28, 1995.
2. The slope of the inlet pipe between Station 2+15 and Station 4+64.36 will be -0.01%.
3. The center line of the Outlet Pipe Detail on Sheet No.5 is changed to elevation 445.0 to be consistent with
the Outlet Profiles on Sheet No.3.
The field changes have no effect on the contract price or material quantities and are issued for consistency
with previous addendums.
