Listed below are Street Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Domestic meter needs 4" ~ipe over bottom cut-off and lid.
2. Need backflow %es~ for both vaults and both irt. & dom.meters.
3. 6" clean-out needs gluq inside and need~ proper olean-ou~ lid.
4. Fire hydrant in front o~ Royal Ln need~ correct markings on
curb and ~aint main line =aive blue.
5. On fire hydrant near front door on ~outh side of building.
Locate fire hydrant valve and gain~ red.
6. First fire hydrant north side of building,mark curb for valve.
7. Second fire hydrant northside needs an ~xtension on F.H.valve.
8. All valves that are not in ~avement need to be ~oured with
concrete - not mortar.
9. Man-hole in middle of drive, south side needs to get chimney
seal out of the bottom and reinstall.
10. Need to check plans to see where clean-out~ are. Locate sewer
clean-out.
