Dear Mr. Griffin:
Please allow this letter to serve as our formal request for a credit in the amount of
$25,185.60 be transferred to Derse's Roadway Impact Fees account and charged against
the balance held by the city of Coppell on behalf of Freeport North Industrial Park in
accordance with Resolution #111495.
For you review I am enclosing a copy of the facsimile sent by Atul Patel of the City of
Coppell Engineering Offices. As we understand it, the total Roadway Impact fee is in the
amount of $33,580.80, of which the $25,185.60 credit requested represents the maximum
(75%) as allowed by the development incentive program. The balance is the
responsibility of Derse.
