In referenced to your memo dated May 23, 1997, the plans (Paragon, M.E.P.C., Derse
and Stoneleigh) are in the middle of the development review process. All of the above
projects have submitted civil sets but have not paid any development fees as of yet and
have various comments on the plan.~ to address.
Therefore, the Engineering Department requests that the Building Permits be put on
hold until further notice.
