Summary of activity:
Each zone has been looked at and assessed on the Coppell
mediums(with exception to a small section near the bridge close
to 121).The breaks and issues that we have fixed were basic
repairs including many broken rotors,broken spray heads,broken
PVC pipe leaking or gushing at the fitting and small lateral line
breaks that were preventing the zones from staying pressurized.
We also calibrated most of the rotors to spray as efficiently as
possible,minimizing water waste while still covering fully.
The small section that has not been looked at is operated from a
"DC Controller"(direct current)that the city will give us access to
on Monday.We estimate this will take another 3 hours-factored
into this invoice.

15 There are still some repairs that need to be made.Here are the
issues,solutions and estimated costs:
1.There is one valve with a cut common wire that is preventing 4
zones from turning on.You can tell the zones aren't turning on
because this stretch is very brown(Samuel and Macarthur
mediums).This common needs to be located and repaired in order
to bring a full circuit of electricity to all four valves.$350
2.On the same stretch of valves that are not working there is one
valve with a solenoid that has a corroded wire which has fallen off.
I've shown the parks department the issue and they know this is
likely not your fault.This solenoid must be replaced.($75)
3.On the same stretch of valves that are not working there is one
valve with a bleed nozzle that is broken preventing the diaphragm
from closing all the way.To fix this issue we suggest unscrewing
the bonnet bolts around the diaphragm and putting a new top on.
This should resolve the issue fully.If it doesn't we'll have to dig out
the area and replace it in its entirety.PLAN A-$250 if we just
replace the top portion of valve. If we must replace the valve
entirely because Plan A does not work the cost is$400-this will
require digging up the area,cutting out the valve and replacing it
with a 2" Irritrol Valve.
4.There is one more broken valve that appears to be cracked and
has been manually shut off.Replacement of this valve is around
$350.(valve 2 @ Cove and Macarthur controller)
5. I've been notified of about 6 issues with one HOA that maintains
a majority of the parkways.We have not started on these yet.We
estimate it will take 12-20 man hours to resolve the issues on most
of the parkways. (1500-2500 dollars).

15 Per conversation with Rodney and showing him the extensive
damage at the Deforest area we were there for 2 extra days
repairing broken lateral lines, 1 valve and multiple rotor sprinkler
heads.
