Grading Plan review comments for Derse Exhibits
Dear Mr. Peeples:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. On sheet CED-I, use a 1"=40' scale.
2. Place a note on the plans "For Grading Only" on each sheet.
3. Show the 100-year floodplain limit on the grading and erosion control plans.
4. Set the erosion comrol at the 100-year floodplain limit per FEMA map.
5. Change the grading along Royal Lane to reflect the additional 5' R.O.W. dedication.
6. On the erosion control plan, show the stabilized construction entrance location.
7. Keep mud and construction materials off of the existing paving at all times.
8. Include a plat and cover sheet of the property.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the
