Site Conditions: The site was Dry and well maintained.
WORK DESCRIPTION
1. Three hundred and twenty two piers are completed.
2. The temporary access road was repaired and covered with crushed rock.
3. A bobcat was used to remove pier drilling debris from the pad.
4. The exposed steel reinforcement on the completed piers is being cut to 1' - 9" above the top of the piers.
5. The silt fence located along the southeast comer of the pump station site was knocked over.
6. The 3 inch elm tree located in the southeast comer of the tank site that is scheduled to be removed and
relocated to the southwest comer of the site is broke in half.
7. Lumber and other supplies are being stored along the existing tank's sidewalk and driveway.
