Manholes survey revealed elevation discrepancies to be resolved. Information to be submitted via ProjectMates (PM) for review. 11/28 Survey issues were discussed in call with engineer, and will be resubmitted. Insituform to clean and reshoot manholes for CIPP. Status of overall project schedule: ItemResponsible Status Discussion Number 1-2 SJL Open 10/24 Preliminary schedule was uploaded by SJL to PM for review in wrong location. To be uploaded to PM as a submittal for review and comment. Comments voiced at meeting included need for schedule to show critical path. Schedule should cross reference with the pay schedule, submittals schedule, and schedule of values. 11/28 The revised Preliminary Schedule review is being finalized and comments will be incorporated into the final Schedule prior to submittal. Per contract documents a meeting will be held with SJL, TRA and K/J to review preliminary schedule comments and final schedule prior to submittal. 1-3 SJL Open 10/24 Complete Schedule should be uploaded to PM as a submittal once the preliminary schedule has been reviewed and any comments addressed. Noted this schedule may change based on changes to overall schedule. 11/28 SJL was reminded the 30-day look ahead should be submitted a minimum of 24-hours in advance of the monthly progress meetings. SJL intends to install 60” plugs and fence in the next month. Anticipated delivery dates for materials and/or equipment: ItemResponsible Status Discussion Number 1-5 SJL Open 10/24 SJL anticipates delivery of materials within three weeks, pending approval of the material submittals which need to be submitted via PM for review. SJL should upload submittals to PM as soon as possible. 11/28 Material delivery is on hold pending survey. Coordination with the Owner (Testing/Issues/Schedules/Shut-Outs:. ItemResponsible Status Discussion Number 1-6 n/a Closed SJL has been in discussions with TRA Operations and Inspection staff to facilitate information gathering and coordination 2-1 SJL/TRA/KJ Open 11/28 SJL to install 33-inch plug at STA 1+00 early am on 12/1. SJL to coordinate approvals with TRA and K/J prior to installation. SJL was reminded time critical items are requested with sufficient lead time to coordinate review and any necessary alterations. Contractor notice should also be uploaded to ProjectMates and emailed to the appropriate city representatives. Status of submittals: ItemResponsible Status Discussion Number 1-7 K/J Open 10/24 In future K/J will provide a submittal log generated by PM rather than the K/J format. 11/28 Updated submittal log distributed (attached). 1-8 K/J Closed Update provided on submittals to date and the associated status. Noted K/J has had multiple call with SJL and suppliers to facilitate future material submittals and ensure all information is provided for proper review. 1-9 SJL Open 10/24 K/J indicated a number of pre-submittals (attached) have not yet been provided for review and should be uploaded to PM promptly to comply with contract specified dates and to facilitate the review of related materials submittals. 11/28 SJL has provided a number of the required pre-submittals, these items are in review and resubmittal stages. 1-10 All Closed Discussion was had on the polymer concrete manholes. TRA and KJ stated Specification 03465 is a material based spec and any shop drawing submittals MUST conform to all elements of the specification as provided in the contract documents.
