Please note development and use of the communication plan for the project area extending from Station 111+00 to Station 140+56.87, does not absolve Contractor from notification requirements as outlined in the site certificates for all properties along the construction alignment. Contractor must notify all property owners, easement holders, and utilities as dictated by the site certificate agreements. 3. Please note as per Section 1.07.E. of Specification 01040, “Progress reports shall be delivered on Fridays by 3:00 PM (or more frequently if required) and left on the door of each adjacent property. Additionally, a copy of the update memo shall be emailed to the Engineer, TRA Construction Services Inspector, City of Coppell Engineer, City of Coppell Inspector and any other email distribution list determined at the beginning of the project.” 4.
