Hope you’ve had a nice holiday. My name is Noelle and I’m working on a trail project for the City of Irving. We are
required to have a traffic control plan on the Coppell side of the trail, and one for your side of the trail. Coppell will not
approve the traffic control plan, until the City of Dallas has approved the Dallas side. Can you help me? Or let me know
