Chris,
Thanks for meeting with is this AM. I pulled up the Belt Line Road construction plans and the plan sheet is attached with
my marks but it looks as though we have around 21’+/- from face of curb to work with. The trail plans show a range of
22 to 24’ in this area. The plans are designed with about 5’ from the face of curb to the northern edge of the trail. The
trail is 12’ wide which puts the southern end at 17’ which does not leave you with enough room for the pole.
You indicated you needed 6’ or so. If the guy wire is at 21’ minus 6’ to the pole 15’ and the trail is 12’ that leaves 3’ from
edge of trail to the face of curb. Essentially our trail would have a 2.5’ wide grass strip between it and the back of curb.
Does this work?
If so, we probably should show an alignment change for the contractor.
Thanks, George

Sure, Monday 11am? The pole in question is near the construction entrance shown on page 7 of 64 of the attached. It
also shows up on Plan sheet 18 of 64.

Good Afternoon George,
I do remember your call and I thought I called back. Would you like to meet on site early next week? Also, if you have
any plans for this project that would be helpful.
Thanks,

Chris,
I thought I left you a voicemail a few weeks ago about a pole in the middle of a trail. We have partnered with Dallas
County and Irving on bringing the Campion Trail to Coppell. There is one power pole that is directly in the middle of the
trail and we need to keep a full 12’ width of the trail. Is this something you can look at with me?
Thanks, George
